Gérald Passédat

These images are from a book I made with Gérald Passédat at Le Petit Nice, a three Michelin starred restaurant and hotel in Marseille. Family run for three generations, it specialises in Mediterranean fish, caught daily by a team of fishermen, and cooked with elegance, purity, and intense flavours.
